New families interested in registering at St. Bernard’s Elementary School should call the office (978-342-1948 Ext 300) or email the principal, Debroah Wright at dwright@stbernardselementary.org, and we will contact you to begin the process.
Below are all the forms that a family new to STB will need to complete the registration process. Forms may be downloaded and printed. Please fill these out and return the paper copies to the Main Office.
