Before School Program

kINDERGARTEN-gRADES 1 & 2

7:45AM – 8:15AM

$9.00 per hour of care. 

Guidelines

    • SPACE IS LIMITED:  Pre-registration is required for any student(s) attending the Before School Program.
    • Families intending for their student(s) to attend the Before School Program (if not pre-registered) must contact Miss Tracy Reardon (treardon@stbernardselementary.org) by Thursday of the preceding week.
    • The Before School Program is held in our Library. Students should be dropped off at the Main Entrance of the school. Sign in and Sign Out will occur in the library with Miss Reardon.  
    • Students must come to the Before School Program equipped with their own materials in a zip lock bag.
    • Students report to their homeroom at 8:15AM.

 *Note for returning Families:  Any monies not used will be credited. Families carrying a balance must pay that balance before their registration for the next year will be accepted. 

After School Program

Kindergarten-Grade 8

3:00PM – 5:30pm

$9.00 per hour of care

Guidelines

    • SPACE IS LIMITED:  Mandatory Pre-registration is required for any student(s) attending the ASP.
    • Reservations for the ASP are required – Families intending for their child/children to attend the ASP must notify Mrs. Teresa Badaglicca by Thursday of the preceding week at tbadagliacca@stbernardselementary.org.
    • Families will use the Pro-Care App or notify Teresa Badagliacca directly at tbadagliacca@stbernardselementary.org
    • Attendance will be taken by Mrs. Badaglicca or a member of the ASP staff.
    • Students must come to the ASP equipped with their own materials to complete their homework.
    • Anticipated activities available to students are Homework, arts and crafts, puzzles, coloring, reading, outdoor games (weather permitting), and videos/music.
    • Students may have snacks and drinks while in the cafeteria. Students may bring their own snacks or purchase them from the ASP. Families will be billed for purchased snacks. Students must bring their own drinks.
    • Dismissal/Sign Out will occur in the cafeteria. Sign Out will be done by Mrs. Badaglicca or a member of the ASP staff.
